Can I Get an Advance on My Settlement?

Depending on the circumstances of your case, it is sometimes possible to get an advance on your settlement. There are situations in which either third parties or the firm, can provide you with an advance on your potential recovery.

If an advance is granted to a claimant, the claimant must pay back that portion of the advance to either the firm, or the third party once the recovery is received.
