Our client was the driver traveling on 5th Avenue in Redwood City, California. At that time, the defendant driver was driving a vehicle directly behind our client’s vehicle. As our client stopped the vehicle for stationary traffic ahead, the defendant failed to stop in time and collided with the rear of our client’s vehicle. As a result of this collision, Our Client’s vehicle sustained EXTENSIVE REAR-END DAMAGE.
Our client saw a doctor at Bella Vita Chiropractic for chiropractic evaluation and treatment of the injuries sustained in the motor vehicle collision that occurred. They complained of constant, aching, annoying, deep, diffuse, dull, heavy, throbbing, stiff, and tight pain in the back. Our client rated the severity of the pain as 8/10. The symptoms aggravated with pushing, pulling, reaching, walking, and running. Our client had difficulty bending over, driving, exercising, getting in/out of car, sleeping, lifting objects, looking over their shoulder, lying down, reaching overhead, sitting, and standing.
