What Can You Do if You Were a Bystander Injured in a Police Chase?

Police chases tend to injure bystanders, as research has shown. Thus, if you were a bystander involved in a car accident that happened because of a police chase, know that you definitely have a legitimate cause to pursue a personal injury claim against the city or county they work for. It is advisable not to go after them personally since these police officers tend to be well-protected by law.
