Who Is Responsible for A Car Accident Occurring in a Business-Owned Property?

There are several parties that can be held liable if a car accident happened in a business-owned property. If the accident involves another driver, then it is possible that they are the ones at fault. However, it is also possible that the accident happened due to improper lanes or even parking space on the property. When this is the case, you need to know that you can file a premise liability claim against the property owner. At the same time, you can also file a personal injury claim against the at-fault driver. Pursuing claims against several parties means you need legal counsel to assist you.
