One of the passengers was hospitalized as a result of the accident.

Is It Possible to Claim Damages on Utility Pole Crash?

In 2018, a study showed that single-vehicle crashes occur more often than any other crash types in California. It is very commonplace for cars to collide with trees, road markers, and power poles. If you experienced a similar incident, you might wonder, is it possible to file a personal injury claim? The answer is yes, you can. There are several types of legal avenues that you can pursue, depending on your case.
