MTV reality star Apple Watts in critical condition after rollover accident

The former star of MTV reality show Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood, Apple Watts, continues in critical condition after her Mercedes collided with a Ford F-250 diesel truck just outside Baker, California on March 23^rd. It totaled the reality star’s vehicle and had fans and family alike fearing for her life.

Watts got into the life-threatening accident while traveling to Las Vegas from the Los Angeles area. According to reports, the 36-year-old mother of three suffered two breaks in her neck, a fractured skull, and a shattered arm after her car flipped multiple times and burst into flames after the collision.

The passenger of the truck was able to pull Watts from the burning Mercedes, and she was airlifted to the University Medical Center in Las Vegas, where she was admitted. She has since undergone neck surgery and is breathing on her own, but has not opened her eyes or communicated verbally since the accident. Watts’ family shared she may be unable to do everyday functions such as walking and feeding herself due to her injuries.

The cause of the crash is not known but is being investigated.
