Can You Be Sued by the At-Fault Driver?

Yes, you can. If you’re being served even though your vehicle is damaged and you were not the driver responsible for the incident to take place, do not worry – you can counterclaim the suit. Sometimes, you don’t even have to handle this – your insurance provider will instead deal with this matter using their own legal representative. However, if you’d like to assess your risk of receiving a lawsuit beforehand, you can contact us for a free consultation with one of our lawyers, available 24/7 by calling (877) 871-3256.
