Are Single-Vehicle Accidents Entirely the Fault of the Driver?
Single-vehicle crashes significantly outnumber multiple-vehicle crashes in California. However, the reasons for these accidents can vary. Sometimes they are attributable to driver’s negligence, such as cell phone use, DUI, and reckless driving. Other times, external factors can cause the accident, such as road conditions and improperly managed public property.
