How Much Does It Cost?

How much does it cost to work with a personal injury lawyer?

There are no out-of-pocket costs when working with the lawyers of Adamson Ahdoot LLP. Our services are always based on a contingency fee. This means that we do not charge you a flat fee or hourly rate and only pay ourselves once there is a recovery for you. If there is no recovery, there is no fee. Our fees range from 33% to 45% based on where in the case the matter is resolved. For cases that need to go to litigation, which is rare, our fees are generally higher than for the majority of our cases that get resolved without the need for a formal lawsuit.

Just to be extra clear. When working with us, you will never be asked to pay us for anything while the case is ongoing as our fees only come from the final recovery amount that is paid by the responsible party.

If you’ve been in an accident, there is no cost or risk to having your case reviewed by one of our specialists. Even if you’re not convinced you have a viable case, we can often uncover relevant facts based on the thousands of cases we’ve helped settle over the years that can earn you the settlement you deserve.
