On Friday, September 23rd, a solo-vehicle crash was reported to have occurred on Interstate-880. California Highway Patrol received information about the crash shortly after midnight, which was later located at Alvarado-Niles Road. The car crashed into the median strip when the driver lost control of the vehicle. The driver was identified as Marco Antonio Gonzalez Peregrin, age 22 years old. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Can Premise Liability Cause Solo Vehicle Crash?

Yes, they can. Sometimes, the owner of the premises does not maintain their private property area, causing it to be dangerous to the vehicles traveling nearby. Even worse, sometimes they are aware of the dangers but do not notify drivers of the risks. In this type of situation, taking action against a premises owner is absolutely within your rights. If you’re not sure how to start filing a premise liability claim, you can call us for a free consultation by dialing (877) 871-3256.
