What Can You Do if You Were Injured in A Car Accident While On-the-Job?

You need to immediately contact your employer – regardless of the severity of your injury. All medical treatments when you are injured at work should be covered by your employer, especially in California, where this applies even to independent contractors. If you have personal auto insurance, you should also try filing a claim for damages that aren’t covered by your employer. You can also consider filing a personal injury claim against the party at-fault.
