A vehicle crashed into a Korean restaurant, Castle BBQ, at Larchmont around 4:00 a.m. on Friday, September 23rd. The Los Angeles Police Department was one of the authorities at the scene. The vehicle, a Mercedes-Benz SUV, was driving on North Western Avenue when the driver lost control of the car and went careening into the storefront of the restaurant. A video recording of the scene of the accident showed that two people ran away from the vehicle, and one of them was carrying a pillowcase with them. These individuals are still at large. The restaurant was damaged from the incident but no one inside was hurt.

What Should You Do if Your Property Was Damaged from An Automobile Accident?

If your property was damaged from an automobile accident, you should first ensure that your property was not the cause of the accident. Ascertaining this is absolutely crucial since you can be served a lawsuit if the vehicle owners chose to file a premise liability claim against you.
