September 27, 2020 Alan Ahdoot

A multi-vehicle car crash occurred in Bakersfield, California on Sunday, September 27th. Eyewitnesses at the scene reported that the accident took place on a crossroad between 19th Street and Union Avenue just past 12.00 pm.

A pickup truck didn’t stop while the traffic light was red and immediately crashed into a passing van. The van was overturned as a result of the collision, and it also crashed into a nearby blue car. At least two people were injured from the accident, although the severity of their injuries is yet to be known.

How Do You Sue Another Driver in Multi-Vehicle Crash?

Multi-vehicle crashes tend to have the highest fatality compared to single-vehicle crashes. Thus, if you feel that you’ve suffered economic and non-economic damages as a driver involved in a multi-vehicle crash, you are within your rights to sue the driver you think is responsible. However, you need to know that car collisions with more than two vehicles tend to be more complicated, from the insurance claim until the verdict is reached. We can help you throughout this process.
