Our client was driving westbound in San Diego, California. The defendant was driving northbound in the opposite direction. As our client was crossing the intersection, the defendant driver ran the red light and came in the path of our client. Our client did not have time to react and ended up colliding with the other vehicle. Upon impact, the defendant’s vehicle collided with yet another vehicle.
The defendant’s negligent actions led to lasting injuries to our client.
