In What Circumstances Can You File A Claim After A Single-Vehicle Crash?
In general, single-vehicle crash victims cannot file a claim to their auto insurance for damages or medical treatment. However, certain circumstances may invalidate this rule. For example, if you are a passenger in a single-vehicle crash, then you are entitled to the same rights given to any victim of a car accident – you can file a claim against the at-fault driver.
