Attorney

Osiris Perez’s path to becoming an attorney is a powerful testament to the resilience and dedication required for personal growth and professional achievement.

Her curiosity about the law and her inclination to help people set her on this path at a young age. As early as middle school, a former attorney-turned-teacher, exposed Osiris to mediation and different forms of conflict resolution through a peer-to-peer group. An introduction to law class in high school intrigued her enough that she started seeing the career as a viable option. But, it was her previous role in law that convinced Osiris that she could best help people by representing them as an attorney.

She joined Adamson Ahdoot in 2019 as a case manager and worked her way up the ranks at AA Law until being named an attorney at the firm. It is precisely this exposure to clients while working in different roles that gave Osiris valuable insight into the many worries clients face while dealing with a personal injury case.

“Working in personal injury, it’s helped me to more fully understand clients, because I’ve done things like talking to them before they’re even signed up, to talking to them through their treatment, through their injuries, through everything,” Osiris explained. “It brings me more of an understanding of where the clients are coming from. And it makes me more passionate to be able to fight for them.”

She gained this vital on-the-job training while simultaneously going to university. The first person in her family to achieve a degree of higher learning, she’s inspired a culture of educational excellence for her loved ones to emulate.

Osiris graduated from the University of California, San Diego in 2016 with a degree in Political Science and an emphasis on Public Policy. While there, she also minored in Literature and belonged to MEChA, or Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlán. After UCSD, she attended Southwestern Law School. There, she joined the Consumer Law Society and received her Juris Doctor in 2023.

Osiris is a member of the State Bar of California and is licensed to practice before California state courts. She belongs to the Latina Lawyers Bar Association and is a member of Adamson Ahdoot’s litigation team.

When she isn’t working to give a voice to those who need it most, Osiris enjoys hanging out with her dogs while reading a good book. She also loves to travel and enjoys hiking in the Los Angeles sunshine with her husband.
