A car accident on Central Expressway in Sunnyvale, California occurred on Sunday, August 30th morning. The passenger, who was a 13-year old girl, was pronounced dead on the scene. The car was found to have flipped due to unknown reasons. However, the driver, who was only 18, was found to be driving under the influence.
