We are excited to announce we’ve recently named three new partners. These promotions recognize the outstanding work of our attorneys and celebrate the impact of their careers on the lives of their clients. These highly skilled professionals have also played a key role in helping our firm gain recognition as a leader in the personal injury space.

Our new partners have dedicated their careers to different areas of Personal Injury Law. They have consistently demonstrated excellence in their practice areas and a commitment to helping those in need thrive, even under challenging circumstances.

We are proud to welcome Arash Nematollahi, Austin G. Ward, and Uzair Saleem to our firm’s leadership team. We look forward to their continued impact on their communities.

ARASH NEMATOLLAHI

Since 2003, Arash has dedicated his career to litigation and jury trials. With extensive experience in cases involving mass tort, toxic tort, habitability, product liability, and high-exposure mesothelioma, he has successfully represented his clients in high-stakes matters all the way through trial.

Arash’s compassion and expertise have played a key role in helping his clients recover and obtain multi-million-dollar settlements. After a decade of litigating tort cases, he expanded his practice to include catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims, maintaining the same level of professionalism and understanding he brings to every case.

In 2013, Arash was selected as a participant in the Los Angeles County Bar’s Trial Advocacy Project. He also served as a volunteer prosecutor for the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office—an honor reserved for the most qualified and ethical trial attorneys.

“When I go home, sometimes my son asks me who I helped today. I proudly explain the clients whose cases I handled that day and how I was able to help them with their case. I enjoy helping people that would otherwise be lost and on the losing end dealing with multi billion dollar insurance companies.”

AUSTIN G WARD

Austin G. Ward

A former prosecutor for the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office, Austin now represents plaintiffs in a variety of complex civil cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, and pharmaceutical-related injuries.

Austin prides himself in helping victims pursue their legal rights and obtain full and complete compensation from insurance carriers, corporate entities, and government agencies that engage in malicious and neglectful conduct.

Throughout his career, and despite receiving denials of responsibility in every case, he has successfully recovered over 100 million dollars in jury awards and settlements for his clients throughout Southern California.

He has been recognized for his dedication to the law and his clients by legal publications and organizations. These include Super Lawyer Rising Star—a recognition obtained by no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in California—and, in 2017, he was honored as a finalist for the prestigious Consumer Attorney of California Street Fighter of the Year Award, for his work helping a woman who had fled violence in Guatemala remain in the United States.

“Since law school, I have had this quote by John Adams by my desk, and it guides me in this profession: “Now to what higher object, to what greater character, can any mortal aspire than to be possessed of all this knowledge, well digested and ready at command, to assist the feeble and friendless, to discountenance the haughty and lawless, to procure redress to wrongs, the advancement of rights, to assert and maintain liberty and virtue to discourage and abolish tyranny and vice.””

UZAIR SALEEM

Uzair Saleem

As the newest addition to Adamson Ahdoot and the Head of our firm’s Mass Tort practice group, Uzair Saleem represents clients in some of the most complex, high-profile cases across the country.

He has worked on cases involving employment law, real estate, and personal injury, but specializes in mass tort litigation. His prior firm represented several thousand fire victims against PG&E in the largest utility bankruptcy proceeding in United States history. This case ultimately resolved in a record $13.5 billion settlement. Uzair also played a key role in the National Prescription Opiate litigation, a $30 billion case aimed at holding opioid manufacturers accountable for their role in the opioid crisis.

“I love this work for a simple reason—I get to fight for thousands of everyday people against billion-dollar corporations. I’m still stunned they pay me to do this.”

LOOKING AHEAD

These new additions to our leadership team are a testament to the hard work, skill, and dedication of each of these exceptional lawyers. As Adamson Ahdoot continues to grow and evolve, we remain committed to providing the highest level of legal representation to our clients with the personal touch that sets us apart.

Once again, we’d like to congratulate Arash Nematollahi, Austin G. Ward, and Uzair Saleem on this well-deserved achievement.
