What Should You Do If Your Private Property Was Damaged in A Car Accident?

You should start by filing a claim to the at-fault person’s auto-insurance first before filing a claim to your homeowner’s insurance. Remember, if you file it to your insurance provider, they will deem it as your fault and this will make your premium rise in the following months to come. If the insurance provider of the driver responsible rejects your claim, you need to take legal action against the person. The accident, after all, is not your fault. To do this, you should contact an attorney who can represent your best interest. If you’d like to get in touch with one of our team members and get a free legal consultation from them, you can call us at (877) 871-3256. Source: NBC Los Angeles
