On August 3rd, 2020, a car collision between a Mazda 3 car and a Honda Civic was reported to occur on the 210 Freeway in North Los Angeles at 2:40 a.m. A male passenger is in critical condition after suffering severe burns on several parts of his body, while the drivers of both cars were pronounced dead on the scene. CHP’s initial investigation is reporting that the cause of the accident was wrong-way driving.
