Can Premise Liability Cause Solo Vehicle Crash?

Yes, they can. Sometimes, the owner of the premises does not maintain their private property area, causing it to be dangerous to the vehicles traveling nearby. Even worse, sometimes they are aware of the dangers but do not notify drivers of the risks. In this type of situation, taking action against a premises owner is absolutely within your rights. If you’re not sure how to start filing a premise liability claim, you can call us for a free consultation by dialing (877) 871-3256. Source: Patch
