Who Do You Sue In A Police Pursuit-Related Car Crash?

If you were a victim in a car crash that took place in the middle of a police pursuit, you might be wondering – who do you sue for damages, the officers or the suspects? As the victim, you can choose to proceed with both. If you want to pursue a lawsuit against a law enforcement official, you should be prepared for a lengthy legal process. If the at-fault driver involved has insurance, you can file a claim to them, but there’s no guarantee that they will approve your claim since they might say that the police are to be blamed for the crash. In this type of circumstance, you need to consult legal counsel before choosing to take any action. We can provide a free consultation by phone, which you can claim through calling (866) 698-2306.
