Can Your Insurance Provider Deny Claim in Single-Vehicle Accident?

The number of injuries caused by single-vehicle crashes is nearly equal to those caused by multiple-vehicle crashes. However, unlike multiple-vehicle crashes, driver’s negligence is often pinpointed as the cause of single-vehicle accidents. If you find yourself a victim as well as a driver in a single-vehicle accident, you might expect your auto insurance to bail you out. This is not always the case. It highly depends on whether your insurance policy includes provisions such as collision insurance.
