If A DUI Driver Is Injured, Can You Still File A Claim Against Them?

Yes, you can. Even if a DUI driver is injured, filing a claim against them directly is still a viable course of action. This is because legally, they are still held liable for their actions. In fact, they would probably be facing charges in the criminal court as well. Thus, if you plan to take legal actions against a DUI driver, don’t hesitate to do so.
