On September 7th, 2020, at around 3:00 p.m., a motorcycle collided with an SUV-type vehicle in the vicinity of Pierce and Elm Streets in Bakersfield, CA. The driver of the motorcycle had severe injuries due to the incident and was transported by helicopter to receive further medical treatment.

Did You Experience A Motorcycle Accident? In the United States, more than 80,000 motorcycle riders would be injured in some form of traffic accident each year. Though motorcycles pose higher risks to their drivers than four-wheeled vehicles, the risk of severe injuries should be decreased if proper safety gears are worn. If you were involved in a motorcycle accident, despite following proper traffic protocols and wearing your gears, you have the right to file a claim against the other vehicle involved. Filing a lawsuit against a four-wheeled vehicle in a motorcycle accident can be a bit tricky, but getting the right legal representation would make things smoother. If you’re looking for an attorney with experience in motorcycle accidents and would like to receive a free consultation from them, you can contact us by calling (866) 698-2306.
