A two-vehicle crash occurred in Northridge on Monday, October 5th, 2020. The crash took place around 10:05 a.m. between Wilbur Avenue and Roscoe Boulevard. The vehicles involved were found to be a fire truck and a pick-up truck. The Los Angeles Fire Department is one of the first responders at the scene. At least five people were injured from the incident, and they were found to be four firefighters and the driver of the pick-up. Nevertheless, only two firefighters required further medical treatment and they were sent to the hospital alongside the pick-up driver. The investigation into the cause of the crash is still ongoing.
