October 8, 2020 Alan Ahdoot

On Saturday, October 3rd, a single-vehicle crash was reported to have taken place in southern Los Angeles. The Los Angeles Fire Department was one of the first responders at the scene. They received information that the accident occurred near S. Hill Street, at around 4:15 p.m.

The vehicle was overturned when the driver lost control of the vehicle, with three occupants inside. All of them were severely injured. One of the passengers was stuck inside the vehicle and required specialized assistance from the firefighters. The driver and passengers were identified as a 60-year-old woman, a 30-year-old man, and a 58-year-old man.

What Legal Actions Can You Take if You Were Involved in a Single-Vehicle Crash?

There are several legal options available to you if you sustain injuries or damages from a single-vehicle crash. However, determining this would depend on the circumstances of your automobile accident. For example, if road conditions were an issue, then you can pursue a premise liability claim against the government agencies responsible. If vehicle defects were an issue instead, then you can pursue a product liability claim against your car manufacturer. To find the most suitable legal pathway to take, you need to consult an attorney.
