On September 16th, police pursuit on a suspect who had stolen a vehicle ended up damaging another vehicle in a nearby parking lot. The incident happened around Glenoaks Boulevard and Roxford Street in Sylmar at 8:30 p.m. The driver of the stolen vehicle fled with another passenger from the authorities. It is unknown where the pursuit started. The driver crashed into the parked car, and they ran away on foot after leaving the passenger and the vehicle behind.
