Can You Dispute Unnecessary Emergency Medical Treatment After Car Crash?

However, this doesn’t mean that you need to accept all of the medical bills that will be sent to you post-treatment. You can choose to dispute these charges, especially if you know that many of them are not necessary to the injuries or accident circumstances that you experience.
