Can You File A Claim to Life Insurance for Car-Related Deaths?

Yes, you can. If your loved one died in a car crash and they have a life insurance policy, and you are their beneficiary, then you should be receiving an additional accidental death settlement alongside the standard benefit. You must be aware of the possible benefits that you are entitled to do as a recipient of a life insurance payout to ensure that insurance providers do not try to give a lower payout than what you are entitled to. If you’d like to consult an attorney to help you understand your loved one’s insurance policy, you can call us for a free consultation at (800) 310-1606, available 24/7.
