At least five people were injured from the incident, and they were found to be four firefighters and the driver of the pick-up. Can You Be Sued by a Public Institution for a Car Crash?

Generally, public institutions can file a claim against you for property damages if you were the at-fault driver. However, if you were a victim instead, you must dispute the claims that they are holding you liable for. To do this, you must hire a legal counsel to represent your interest.
