Not necessarily.
About 85% of our cases that we handle are resolved informally with the insurance company and does not require any litigation or any parties going to court whatsoever.
There are some cases that require civil lawsuit and require the parties to litigate. However, even then, 99.3% of cases don’t go to trial.
The chances are that you will not have to personally go to court. If we do litigate on a case, you will probably have to present for a deposition, and possibly a defense physical exam.
The high probabilities are that you would not have to physically appear in a court unless we must take your case to trial.
