Seven Year Old Boy Dead in Fatal Hit-and-Run

A fatal vehicular incident was reported in Milpitas on Tuesday, January 19th. Milpitas Police Department is leading an investigation of the case. The incident happened between North Victoria Drive and Kennedy Drives during the afternoon. A 2015 White Lexus R35 that was speeding hit a 7-year-old boy that was riding his bicycle. His name was Haolan Chen, and he was fatally injured from the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene. The vehicle did not stop after crashing the boy and was later apprehended by the police since the vehicle was involved in a robbery one day before the fatal car accident. The person who was behind the wheels during the time of the incident was a 36-year-old woman named Kristalinna Pacheco. She will be facing criminal charges for this fatal incident.
