Girl, 9, Stuck and Killed By Vehicle in San Jose, California

The year 2020 came to an unspeakable end for a 9 year old girl and her family from Kaufman, California. Paytin Marie Osmond was identified by the Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s office as being struck and killed by a vehicle. The devastating event happened around 1:45 just north of East Capitol Expressway, on Monterey Highway. Miss Osmond was hit by a pickup truck that was being moved off of an automobile trailer in a dealer lot, when she jumped into its path. Miss Osmond was then taken to the hospital, where she later passed away after undergoing emergency treatment. The driver has not been arrested at this time, and the accident is still undergoing investigation.
