Adamson Ahdoot LLP Welcomes Experienced Senior Trial Attorneys to the Firm

July 22, 2021 Alan Ahdoot

Adamson Ahdoot LLP welcomes two experienced Senior Trial Attorneys, Mark Millard and Austin G. Ward, to the firm. Both Mark and Austin have years of civil litigation experience and have fought tirelessly for victims of catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. Throughout their career, Mark and Austin have (combined) secured more than $240 million in compensation for their clients and are enthusiastic about helping our clients secure maximum compensation for injury-related damages.

Before joining Adamson Ahdoot LLP, Mark specialized in wrongful death and catastrophic injury litigation at another well-respected law firm. As a former family counselor, Mark understands the pain and suffering associated with a tragic loss or life-altering injury and is a champion – in and out of the courtroom – for his grieving clients. Building a strong relationship with his clients is of utmost importance to him and he strives to make sure every client is treated as if they are his only client.

Mark has recovered more than $140 million in damages for victims injured in aviation accidents, car accidents, truck accidents, defective product accidents, and many other types of accidents. Mark graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in 1994 and was admitted to the California State Bar the same year. He also attended Pepperdine University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Mark is the proud father of two adult children and currently lives in Simi Valley with his wife.

Austin G. Ward is an aggressive litigator who has secured more than $100 million dollars in compensation for victims of car accidents, truck accidents, construction accidents, and premise liability accidents.  Within his first five years of practice, his trial teams secured record-breaking jury verdicts in Orange County, Vista County, and Imperial County.  As a seasoned trial attorney, Mr. Ward has helped victims suffering from many different types of injuries, including amputation injuries, brain injuries, and nerve injuries.

Mr. Ward comes to Adamson Ahdoot LLP as a former prosecutor for the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office, having successfully secured hundreds of convictions and spent thousands of hours in courthouses throughout the state.  Mr. Ward has been repeatedly recognized by his peers and those in the legal community for his dedication to his craft and his clients. Named “Super Lawyers Rising Star”, he was also a finalist for the coveted Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) Street Fighter of the Year Award in 2017. Mr. Ward graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law with honors and won many moot court and mock trial team competitions. At Pepperdine, he was also named a “Top Gun”, an award given to only the top 16 trial advocates in the nation. Mr. Ward is a proud husband and father, and enjoys trail running in the Santa Monica Mountains and hiking with his family.

If you or someone you know has been severely injured in an accident caused by the negligent actions of another person or company, don’t wait to contact attorneys Mr. Millard or Mr. Ward at Adamson Ahdoot LLP. Per California law, you only have so much time to take legal action against the negligent party. If you wait and the time allowed by the state passes, the state will stop you from collecting compensation for injury-related expenses. Contact our office today by calling (800) 310-1606.
